©Photo By Steve Keegan With the popularity of gourmet food trucks on the rise, so is the trend of using them at weddings.Is there anything better after a night of partying than an In-N-Out Burger or an authentic taco off a taco truck? I submit that there is not! I remember walking out of the bars of Sunset Boulevard in my 20s after a night of drinking, and all I wanted to eat was one of those hot dogs the street vendors were cooking with bacon and grilled onions wrapped around it. It was the most appetizing aroma you could imagine and at that moment, there was nothing on the planet I would rather eat.Can you imagine what a hero you would be if at 9 or 10 p.m. an In-N-Out Burger ...
