Just to follow up on a recent blog post, here is a YouTube video that illustrates what I am talking about regarding the food truck revolution that is going on right now. These are getting so huge at weddings and you can sample them at the Reno Street Food event that runs from May through October.
I noticed in the video that Burger Me has a truck there. Wow! All I can say is wow. If you have not had a Burger Me burger yet, you need to try it. My favorite is one with a fried egg on top and bacon. As I'm typing this, my mouth is beginning to water just thinking about it. Burger Me uses all grass-fed, hormone-free, local beef and you can taste the difference. They also have a gluten-free bread option, which is great for Paleo Diet guys like me!
The video also talks about how the trucks are becoming more and more sophisticated and are offering dishes you can't even find in restaurants. It's absolutely something to think about.
